About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and professional Beauty Therapist to join our retail spa team. In this role, you’ll deliver our signature facials and spa treatments, consult on skin needs, and create exceptional customer experiences aligned with Jurlique’s wellness philosophy. You will also play a key role in driving client loyalty, product recommendations, and retail performance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Consultations

- Welcome and connect with clients through Jurlique’s signature customer journey
- Conduct expert consultations and skin analysis
- Educate clients on Jurlique’s natural ingredients, rituals, and wellness story
- Recommend personalised treatments and homecare plans
- Build relationships and encourage rebooking and customer loyalty

Treatment Delivery

- Perform Jurlique signature facial treatments and protocols to a high standard
- Ensure treatment areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Manage pre- and post-treatment protocols, including consultation forms and follow-ups

Sales & Performance

- Consistently achieve treatment and retail sales targets
- Provide genuine product recommendations based on individual skin needs
- Promote Jurlique Insiders, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotions

Teamwork & Culture

- Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment
- Maintain strong working relationships with team members and leadership
- Uphold Jurlique’s brand values and service excellence

Operations & Admin

- Assist with appointment bookings (Timely system), POS, and reporting
- Support gift wrapping, stock replenishment, and store presentation
- Participate in store-wide initiatives and events

Desired Skills And Experience

- Must have minimum Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.




- Confidently communicate with each customer to identify the correct ritual for their individual skincare needs.
- Provide a sensorial experience for our clients by planning and preparing prior to their appointment and greeting them on arrival.
- Consult with the client to identify their needs and ensure treatment recommendations will meet those needs.
- Conduct the treatment and provide a nurturing experience that allows the client to feel alive from within.
- Build and maintain a high level of product and treatment knowledge, techniques and practices through regular training.
- Driven in achieving sales targets by providing an exceptional experience and knowledgeable recommendations to our customers
- Strong experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
- Possess outstanding initiative, drive and the ability to work within a team
