Role Overview

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this Senior Finance Manager will be the operational backbone of the group finance function. On a monthly basis, you will own the group close from initiation to completion, preparing consolidated three-way financial statements, reviewing journals and maintaining full balance sheet reconciliations across all entities. On a weekly basis, you will maintain the rolling cash flow forecast and coordinate the offshore finance support team. On a daily basis, you will resolve reconciling items,



direct transactional processing and support the Financial Controller on group financial matters. This role carries clear ownership of the group's statutory compliance obligations and its relationship with external auditors, tax advisers and banking partners. You will prepare the monthly SLT report pack and drive the automation of its production, materially reducing manual preparation time. With direct exposure to Board-level reporting and a mandate to improve process, this is a robust platform for progression to Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

- Own the group month-end close process, coordinating inputs from Project Accountants and external finance support, and preparing consolidated three-way financial statements for Board presentation.
- Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations across all entities, including intercompany loan
