An exceptional prospect has arisen for an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer to join the high-performing in-house legal team of a rapidly growing listed technology infrastructure company at the forefront of artificial intelligence.

The Team

Reporting to the Head of Legal and working closely with other senior legal counsel you will partner with senior executives across the business and work alongside leading international external counsel on complex cross-border transactions.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic legal role supporting the structuring, negotiation and execution of major domestic and international financing transactions. You will provide commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of funding solutions supporting the acquisition, development and operation of renewable energy-powered AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the legal aspects of complex financing transactions across corporate, project, construction and asset-level financings.

Advise on syndicated loan facilities, revolving credit facilities, project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, equipment finance and leasing arrangements.

Support debt capital markets transactions, private placements and other strategic funding initiatives.

Structure and negotiate financing documentation, inter-creditor arrangements,



security packages, guarantees and related finance documents.

Manage relationships with lenders, financial advisers and external legal counsel throughout transaction lifecycles.

Provide strategic legal advice to Finance, Treasury and executive stakeholders on financing, liquidity and capital management initiatives.

Ideal

Candidate 8+ years' post-qualification experience gained within a leading national or international law firm and/or a sophisticated in-house legal team.

Significant experience advising on complex banking and finance transactions, including project finance, infrastructure finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance or debt capital markets.

Strong experience negotiating finance documentation and managing multi-party financing transactions.

Exposure to cross-border or US financing transactions will be highly regarded.

Excellent commercial judgement with the ability to influence senior executives and business stakeholders.
