The Opportunity Well established and growing CA founded by former partners of a global top 5 CA practice. Driven by the purpose of offering exceptional expertise whilst nurturing a people led, boutique culture, without the red-tape of corporate.

As an extension of firm leadership you'll act as a trusted adviser to a varied client base across industries including SGE's and multinationals, from $50m to $1b+ in turnover. Tax planning and compliance oversight will be your bread and butter, however the firm pride themselves on providing strategic and actionable commercial advice.

You will oversee a portfolio of fees and be called to lead and mentor junior staff as well as have the chance to share a seat at the table in steering firm strategy.

this hire will be the successor to one of the practice's partners and will be called on to nurture client relationships, with support from above. Affording you the skills and a genuine path to partnership.

About you The successful applicant will be experienced Australian tax and business services out of a top 100 CA environment. You'll have a strong technical grounding and solid commercial acumen to apply this in business.

We're broadly open to candidates across a range of experience, starting at established Managers (min 3 years) through to Senior Managers and Directors. Irrespective, you will have firm intent in pursuing a path to partnership in an environment that will support you with clear direction to get there.
