The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's overall performance, leading a high-energy team to achieve outstanding commercial results while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for building a positive team culture, coaching your people to success, and ensuring the store consistently reflects the brand's premium standards.

This role is ideal for a leader with experience managing a full-price, high-volume fashion store who enjoys balancing commercial performance with people development.

Roster: Tuesday to Saturday, 38 hours per week.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading all day-to-day store operations.
- Driving sales, profitability, and key business KPIs.




- Coaching, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading from the shop floor.
- Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Managing stock, rostering, and operational excellence.
- Building a positive, engaged, and results-driven team culture.

What They're Looking For

- Previous Store Management experience within full-price fashion retail.
- Experience leading a high-volume retail store.
- A proven ability to drive sales and commercial performance.
- Robust leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Hands-on, organised, and passionate about retail.
