Cash Management Associate - initial 6-month contract

This is an exceptionalCash Management Analyst/Associateposition on an initial6-month contract, based in our client’s growing Sydney CBD office. The role will offeroperational cash management focused support, working as part of a small team for a US-headquartered specialist debt-markets firm.

Our client specialises in the asset management of complex performing and non-performing credit on behalf of commercial real estate lenders and investors around the world. As part of their services, our client also excels at loan servicing, facility and security agency, cash management, fund and asset level accounting, underwriting, due diligence and leading technologies that empower their clients to better evaluate and manage risk and return.

Primary cash management related activities:

- Responsibilities include working with multiple banks and treasury applications to process local and foreign currency transactions.
- Prepares monthly bank account reconciliations, maintains reports and provides account balances to end users.
- Sets-up bank accounts for current transactions.



Independently builds and maintains relationships with account banks.
- Experienced with implementing efficiency measures like CVS files for bulk upload of bank transactions and automated reconciliations.
- Representing APAC office in the management (implementation or maintenance) of internal systems including liaising with US and UK teams and training APAC team members.

The ideal candidate will have several years of cash management focused experience within treasury or debt markets operations, and ideally good analytical capacity.

The salary guide for this position is open for the successful candidate, althoughwe expect an hourly rate of circa $40-50 including super is a suitable guide.
