Senior Property Manager | City of Monash | Monday - Friday | up to $100,800 + Commissions An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded real estate business in Melbourne's South East.

Managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160-170 residential properties, you'll be supported by a full-time Assistant Property Manager and dedicated administration support, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with rental providers and renters while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 160-170 properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Coordinating maintenance, lease renewals and tenancy matters
- Managing compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation




- Conducting final inspections and overseeing vacate processes
- Working closely with your Assistant Property Manager and administration team to ensure efficient portfolio management
- Delivering exceptional customer service across your portfolio
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business and grow the portfolio

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Robust knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to confidently manage a portfolio independently
- Proactive, team-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence preferred
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
