Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to help design and deliver advanced cloud computing solutions to Australian Healthcare customers. You will be a member of a dynamic team, bringing the latest in disruptive, cloud computing technology to solve difficult and impactful challenges within the public sector. You will be a key member of the business development and sales team and part of the larger AWS Worldwide Public Sector team.

- Helping customers navigate a technology change journey
- Learning about AWS services and solutions
- Advancing the sales cycle by explaining AWS services and solutions to customers
- Advocating on behalf of customers for new features and capabilities

- Hire, on-board, train, and develop recent Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
- Build and coach the team on the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to customers who are considering or using AWS.
- Establish strategic initiatives to accelerate adoption of AWS by Public Healthcare organizations
- Partner with Sales and Business Development leadership to support field sales engagements
- Lead solutions architecture teams in driving revenue and market share for AWS through technical engagements
- Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and Support
