You'll work closely with our Melbourne team while becoming a key part of our Sydney operations, helping us grow new partnerships, create incredible client experiences and continue building our reputation as Australia's leading proposal planners.

About the Role

This role combines marketing, business development, event coordination and administration.

Your administration and planning work will primarily be completed from home, while regular travel throughout Sydney will see you meeting with venues and vendors, assisting with proposal setups, supporting floristry and helping deliver unforgettable client experiences.





As our Sydney operations continue to grow, you'll play an important role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships and helping us expand our presence throughout Current South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with implementing marketing initiatives that support business growth
- Manage social media content, scheduling and engagement
- Create engaging photo and video content for our social media platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with venues, photographers, florists and other trusted vendors
- Source and develop new venue and supplier partnerships across Sydney
- Research new proposal locations and unique client experiences
- Respond to client enquiries and assist with proposal bookings
- Coordinate proposal logistics and client communication
- Complete general administration and customer service tasks
- Assist with floristry preparation and styling
- Travel to proposal locations across Sydney to assist with luxury proposal setups and pack downs
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and customer experience as the business grows

About You

thinking outside the box and taking ownership of your work. Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow our Sydney operations.

You'll also have:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for marketing, events and social media
- A creative eye for styling and presentation
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with a remote team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability to travel across Sydney when required
- Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Casula, our Sydney event and storage base

Highly Regarded

- Experience in marketing or social media
- Experience in events, weddings or hospitality
- Floristry experience
- Canva, photography or videography skills
- Customer service or administration experience
