Kirinari Community Services is seeking a Part time Team Leader – Disability to oversee individualized supports in SIL/Group Homes and lead a team of Disability Support Workers to ensure a person-centered, high-quality culture. You will support clients in domestic and personal care and help them connect with the community.

The role requires shift work, including sleepovers and weekends, with opportunities to upskill and progress within a growing service sector.
