About the Role

We are seeking a Civil Construction Labourer / Excavator Operator / HR Truck Driver to join our skilled team. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in night shift work and seek a rewarding opportunity with excellent pay and working conditions. The successful candidate will work on various projects across Sydney and occasionally regional NSW, contributing to vital infrastructure that keeps our roads secure and efficient.

Tasks involved:



truck driving bogie and tag trailer and smaller light truck with trailers, excavating of footings, trenching, pit and pipe laying , road crossing, minor concreting for pit and posts, concrete cutting with demo saw and floor saw. All aspects of civil construction.

Company Fleet

Bogie truck. 8 ton tipper. small light truckers , tag trailer , excavator trailers , 5 different size excavators ranging from U1.7 , U2.7 ,U35 , U55 Kubota's & Kobelco 135sr , VTI Vac truck, large front mount crane truck . small crane truck. hand tools and equipment. Plus more.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

WHS (White) Card CPCWHS1001

Current NSW HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver’s License

SOA Excavator RIIMPO320F / VOC Excavator RIIMP032OF

CFPA COA Workers on Foot

First Aid HLTAID009 and HLTAID011

Willingness to work predominantly night shifts

Self-motivation, initiative and a desire to learn

Own vehicle (for travel to and from work)

The following skills and experience are not essential but are highly regarded

Concreting and Concrete cutting experience

Vac truck

Detector loops installation
