Roster: Four-Day Work Week (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Specialist to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Working closely with the Sales Manager and sales team, you'll play a key role in developing marketing initiatives, producing high-quality collateral, and supporting business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of projects from start to finish, and confidently manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Sales Manager and sales team to identify marketing opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.
- Create high-quality marketing and sales collateral including brochures, product specification sheets, presentations, EDMs and client-specific materials.
- Coordinate external creative agencies and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.




- Assist in managing marketing projects including brand initiatives, website updates and product catalogues.
- Coordinate the marketing requirements for trade shows, client events and promotional activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Marketing, Sales Enablement or B2B Marketing.
- Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, with experience using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong written communication, copywriting and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work with external suppliers or creative agencies to deadline.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.
