Royal Dynasty on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated full time Café or Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house teams, train staff, and oversee daily operations from lunch to dinner.
You will manage rosters, upsell signature seafood dishes, coordinate with the Head Chef, ensure health and safety, handle cash reconciliations, and maintain a premium guest experience.
Salary range AUD 80,000–AUD 86,000 per year; Diploma or 3 years experience preferred; location Surfers Paradise, QLD.
