Elder Rights Australia is seeking an Aged Care Advocate based in Melbourne’s North Metro. This role is primarily remote with regular travel within inner metro suburbs to engage clients and providers.
You will support older Victorians to navigate the aged care system through information, education, advice, and advocacy. You will deliver community education and information sessions, focusing on equity and inclusiveness across diverse communities throughout Victoria.
