Wests Group Macarthur is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our hospitality family in Sydney’s South-West. You’ll be the right hand to Head Chefs, leading daily kitchen operations, mentoring a team of chefs, and ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes across multiple venues.
You’ll drive quality, lead by example in service, contribute to menu design and seasonal innovations, and ensure food safety and compliance while collaborating with front-of-house and events teams.
