- Work on a mix of advisory and contentious matters, including litigation and safety-related work.

- Use and develop skills in AI and emerging legal technology.
The ideal candidate:
- 2–4 years post-admission experience in employment law or industrial relations.
- The role is based in Brisbane; however, strong candidates in Melbourne or Sydney will also be considered.
- Exposure to litigation and an interest in workplace safety matters.
- Commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfort using AI tools, or a genuine willingness to build capability in this area.
- A collaborative, down-to-earth team player who values a respectful and supportive culture.
