Front of House – Bartenders, Baristas & Waitstaff | Casual | Immediate Start

Sea Sea Hotel is a luxury boutique property in Crescent Head, NSW known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through refined service, premium food and beverage offerings, and a vibrant hospitality culture. We’re seeking passionate Front of House team members – including bartenders and waitstaff – to join us across all levels on a casual, immediate start basis. Permanent and Part_time opportunities are available for the right candidate.

The Role

We are looking for energetic, professional, and guest-focused individuals to deliver world-class hospitality in our restaurant, bar, and events spaces. Roles are available for:

- Bartenders – craft cocktails, pour premium wines, and deliver exceptional bar service.
- Waitstaff – provide warm, attentive table service in our restaurant and support events & in-room dining.

You’ll work closely with our kitchen, events, and front-of-house teams to create seamless service and memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver professional, engaging, and polished service in line with Sea Sea Hotel standards.
- Provide beverage and/or dining service with attention to detail and personality.
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and anticipating their needs.




- Support hotel events, private functions, and in-room dining service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency across service areas.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality (bartending, restaurant, or events) – luxury or high-end venues a plus.
- Passionate about food, wine, cocktails, and guest service.
- Robust communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium service environment.
- RSA certification (for bartending positions).
- Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality.
