What’s the role?

Direct Sensitive is our premium, white-glove freight service, built for clients who can’t afford for anything to go wrong. We move high-value, confidential, and security-sensitive freight for clients across Melbourne, and we’re looking for a standout driver to join the team.

This isn’t your standard driving role. If you take genuine pride in your work and understand that the delivery experience is the product, this is the role for you.

What will you be doing?

Completing scheduled and on-demand deliveries for clients across the Melbourne metro area

Handling high-value, fragile, and sensitive freight with precision and strict chain of custody at all times

Representing the Direct Sensitive brand in high-security and executive environments

Operating with the highest level of discretion, client confidentiality is non-negotiable

Providing professional ETAs and delivery updates, managing in office client interactions, and promptly escalating any delivery exceptions or security concerns

Using proof of delivery apps and electronic consignment systems accurately and efficiently





Maintaining secure load restraint standards, vehicle presentation, and adherence to assigned routes

What you need:

Current heavy vehicle licence (minimum) with no major infringements within the past 3 years

Ability to pass a National Police Check (criminal history clearance)

Full right to work in Australia

Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience, ideally in a sensitive, premium or B2B freight environment

Immaculate personal presentation

Demonstrated experience handling high-value or sensitive cargo with strict chain of custody adherence

Comfortable operating within secured facilities, data centres, and restricted-access corporate sites

Strong communication skills and confidence with proof of delivery apps and electronic consignment systems

Willingness to undergo ongoing background verification as required by clients

Self-motivated, reliable, and someone who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work
