As a Food & Beverage Attendant you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink and help keep service on-track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but mostly you’ll be:

Deliver great service and create memorable guest experiences.

Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.

Know the menu and provide recommendations to guests.

Take orders and process payments accurately.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Restock supplies, glassware, and service equipment as needed.

Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries.

Set up and maintain dining areas to brand standards.

Assist with events, functions, and special promotions.

Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when needed.

Support your team during busy service periods.

What we need from you

Full working rights in Australia without restrictions (a kind reminder that sponsorship is not available for this role)

Prior experience working as a Food and Beverage Attendant at a luxury hotel is preferred

RSA Certification

Passion for providing luxury experiences,



not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our Guests stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience

Ongoing availability to work flexibly as rostered, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Impeccable grooming standards and good personal hygiene

An organised approach, ability to handle large amounts of information at once and deal with various requests simultaneously

Good communication and writing skills.

Physical fitness as you’ll be on your feet most of the day. Sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull objects, such as tables, up to 23 kg – we have the equipment to support you and keep you safe.
