This high-volume outlet operates as a café and licensed bar, serving everything from hot drinks, cakes, and sandwiches to hot finger food and alcoholic beverages. It’s an environment that’s always buzzing, and we need a supervisor who can keep things running smoothly no matter how busy it gets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support a small, tight-knit team during peak service periods
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and support to new team members




- Ensure high standards of food and beverage presentation and service
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and health & safety requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily cash handling procedures

- Strong leadership and problem solving skills, with ability to motivate and inspire others
- Experience in a similar position or extensive F&B; experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate hospitality qualified
- Is hands‑on, loves customer service and has a keen eye for detail
- Available to work weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster as per business needs
- Knowledgeable working with POS systems
- Well presented with strong attention to detail
- Experienced with maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, stock ordering, stocktaking
- RSA Competency Card
