Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, reliable and physically fit candidates for a team leader food production position. This is a fast paced work setting with a strong focus on OH&S;,Food and Safety.

Your role and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Operation of blending equipment and other machines as required
- Manage a team
- Able to move quickly and assign tasks where needed
- Weighing ingredients
- Quality checking of product requirementsHand packing and distribution
- Setting up machinery and production line
- General factory cleaning and production rooms
- Manual batching and mixing
- Driving Forklift (loading and unloading trucks)
- Physically fit to lift 15-25kg

About you:

- Attention to detail is a must




- Experience in leading a team
- An enthusiastic, positive, and can-do, attitude.
- The ability to demonstrate problem solving in order to keep production running efficiently and effectively.
- Self-motivated to get the job done with an ability to foresee probable upcoming issues.
- Driven to achieve outputs and develop people and processes.
- You have the ability to multi-task and follow instructions to meet food and safety guidelines.
- Experience in food manufacturing is essential minimum 3 years
- Preference for Food or Pharmaceutical background
- You have a strong work ethic and are reliable.
