This exciting leadership prospect is for an exceptional Deputy Principal to make a meaningful and lasting impact across Bwgcolman Community School. Working closely with the Principal and leadership team, you will help shape whole-school improvement, build staff capability, strengthen community partnerships and contribute to positive outcomes for every student from Kindergarten through to Year 12.

About The School Bwgcolman Community School is a vibrant Kindergarten to Year 12 Partnership Initiative (PI) school located on beautiful Palm Island, just 65 kilometres north-northwest of Townsville within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.
