Bared Footwear is seeking a hands-on Creative Production Manager to join our creative studio in Melbourne. You will partner with design, video, content and marketing to bring the brand vision to life across campaigns, eCommerce, social content and activations.
You will build structure and process in a fast-paced workplace while preserving creative ambition, lead production end-to-end, and mentor junior team members. This role is grounded in studio operations and cross-functional collaboration.
