Manolas Deli Bar Bistro is on the hunt for an experienced section waiter or hospitality All Rounder to join our passionate and supportive team.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in food and beverage service, in a busy restaurant.
Experience setting Mis en place, wine service, waiting a section.
Ability to carry minimum 3 plates.
Must be able to communicate clearly and follow instructions during busy service.
Must speak fluent English and have the right to work in Australia.
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
Have a happy and hospitable personality.
Be well presented and have excellent personal hygiene.
Have a can-do attitude and is supportive of team mates.
Be able to manage competing priorities during busy service.
RSA certificate
Barista experience preferred.



Extensive knowledge of coffee orders and is confident behind a coffee machine.
Available for day and evening service, including weekends and a few public holidays.
BAR SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS A BONUS but not essential.

The right candidate will join a very supportive and high calibre team. You must have availability to work a weekly roster including both lunch and dinner shifts.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
