We are hiring an experienced National Sales Manager (Home Goods) to expand our distribution in AU/NZ. GrandTies (brand of Shinn Fu Corp.) is a premium lifestyle and home goods brand, offering high-quality drinkware, outdoor living products, and pet essentials. We distribute across major retailers, supermarkets, and specialty stores. Shinn Fu Australia Pty Ltd. located in Melbourne, which is an AU branch of Shinn Fu Corp, Taiwan a global leader in lifting equipment and tools, supplying Pro-Lift, Omega Lifting, and other trusted brands. We serve national retailers, distributors, and B2B partners worldwide.

Role Overview
We are hiring a National Sales Manager (Home Goods) to expand our distribution in AU/NZ. This role focuses on growing sales through supermarkets, mass retailers, specialty shops, and B2B distributors in home goods, outdoor, and pet categories.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow national presence in drinkware. outdoor, and pet categories.
Build solid relationships with national retailers, supermarkets, department stores, and independent distributors.
Drive sell-in and sell-through programs with buyers and category managers.
Negotiate contracts, promotional programs, and joint business plans.
Attend major trade shows and customer meetings.

*Track KPIs and report to the top management.

Qualifications:

*5 - 10+ years sales experience in home goods, consumer products, or FMCG.

*Existing buyer relationships in supermarkets, mass retail, or lifestyle channels.

*Robust understanding of product placement and category management.

*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

*Ability to travel domestically and attend trade shows.
