We’re looking for a senior, experienced Medical Receptionist who can bring that same warmth, professionalism, and efficiency to our busy clinic. This isn’t just a job behind a desk — it’s a front-line role that keeps our clinic running smoothly and makes every patient feel valued.

About Us

We are a up-to-date medical clinic offering a wide range of services, including skin cancer care, cosmetic anti-wrinkle treatments, acne management, and laser therapies. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent care in a welcoming, supportive environment.

About the Role

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Shifts: Opening 8:00am – 3:30pm, Closing 9:45am – 5:15pm

Start: ASAP

Type: 6-month casual position with opportunity to transition to permanent

Conditions: Negotiable based on experience

About You

You are confident, organised,



and love being the friendly face patients look forward to seeing. You’ll bring solid all-round office administration and customer service skills, excellent phone manners, attention to detail, a helpful “can-do” attitude, and experience with Medicare essential, training provided as need for Medical Director, PracSoft, and Shortcuts.
