We’re partnering with a globally recognised women’s fashion brand on the search for an eCommerce & Digital Director, a pivotal leadership role owning the performance, profitability, and growth of the online channel.

This is not just a digital marketing role; this is a true commercial leadership position where you will take full ownership of the eCommerce business. From trading performance and site optimisation to customer growth and margin delivery, you’ll be at the centre of driving results.

What you’ll be doing:
Owning the end-to-end eCommerce channel, with full accountability for revenue, margin, and commercial performance
Leading the digital trading strategy, optimising site performance, conversion, and sell-through
Driving customer acquisition and growth, ensuring a solid and sustainable pipeline of current and returning customers
Managing and optimising the external digital agency to deliver best-in-class performance
Overseeing CRM and loyalty strategy,



working closely with internal teams to maximise retention and lifetime value
Building a high-performing eCommerce operating model that delivers both short-term wins and long-term growth.
