The Opportunity

Step into a senior employment and workplace relations role where you’ll have genuine autonomy to shape your practice and lead significant client relationships across Australia. This is more than a traditional legal role — it’s an prospect to establish yourself as a recognised market leader in the field.

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage complex workplace relations matters before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, and various state tribunals.
Drive business development initiatives, including client seminars, networking events, and industry presentations.
Mentor and develop junior lawyers, fostering a team-oriented, high‑performing team culture.
Advise on Employment Practices Liability (EPL) matters for leading insurers.
Deliver strategic advice on employment, discrimination, health and safety, and industrial relations issues.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 8+ years’ PQE in workplace relations or employment law.
Demonstrated experience appearing before the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court.




Proven business development capability and ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.
Strong leadership qualities with experience mentoring and managing team members.
Technical excellence in employment, discrimination, and industrial relations law.
