High profile role supporting the CFO with commercial analysis

$160k - $180k Package + Bonus

With a long history of operation, this large property group invests in a broad range of asset classes - commercial, retail, industrial and hospitality. They are constantly evolving and changing, making for an exciting workplace and the chance to be challenged every day.

Reporting to the CFO, this role involves:

Leading the group long term planning and forecasting process

Quarterly cashflow forecasting

Valuation modelling across all asset classes and leasing analytics

Preparation of the capital allocation analysis and reporting

Involvement in M&A; work around financial modelling for current acquisitions and divestments

Business case analysis





Preparation of group performance analytics

Ad-hoc decision support and market insights

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years experience in finance with solid exposure to corporate finance and/or FP&A; including consolidated budgeting and forecasting as well as financial modelling including advanced Excel skills. Excellent commercial acumen, the ability to translate financial information into meaningful insights, outstanding presentation and communication skills, and the ability to operate across a broad portfolio are all key.
