Mars is seeking a National Sustainability Lead to shape and accelerate our sustainability agenda across Australia. You will partner with manufacturing sites, drive energy, water, waste and efficiency initiatives, and influence senior leaders to deliver meaningful environmental outcomes.
Reporting to the National HSE Lead, this role operates across sites and global teams, with occasional domestic travel (<20%). Melbourne or nearby supply sites are preferred bases.
