Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our residential aged care team, delivering evidence-based therapy programs and mobility/functional interventions. The role involves care plan reviews, one-to-one sessions, and group activities, with a focus on resident outcomes and quality of life.
You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team across RAC and community settings, in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region, and there is sponsorship support for the right candidate.
