Working with a global organisation who partner with a range of automotive OEM’s, this role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support aftersales performance.
Leading a small team, you’ll oversee dealer POS implementation, campaign delivery, digital marketing, lead management and new program launches — ensuring consistency, quality and measurable outcomes. This is a full time office based role.
Key responsibilities
Lead and develop a small cross‑functional marketing team
Deliver dealer POS and customer‑facing aftersales marketing initiatives & materials
Plan and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and service & parts sales
Manage digital marketing activity across SEO, SEM, email, social and content
Lead marketing execution for recent aftersales program launches
Build solid relationships with OEM and dealer stakeholders
Manage budgets, track performance and report against KPIs
Experience, Skills and Attributes
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of aftersales,
dealer networks and customer engagement
Demonstrated success delivering integrated marketing programs
Confident approach with strong stakeholder management skills
Data‑driven mindset with solid digital and CRM capability
Creative, commercially minded and comfortable in fast‑paced settings
