What You’ll Do - Cafe Cook Role
Cook our café menu to spec, with confidence on the grill and to short‑order timing
Coordinate with FOH for smooth, on‑time service during busy periods
Maintain food safety, cleaning and hygiene standards throughout service
Restock, rotate and label (FIFO); complete basic temperature and quality checks

What You’ll Do - Production Cook Role
Bulk cook and batch wet dishes for bain‑maries; label, date and stage for later shifts
Follow SOPs/HACCP, allergen controls,



FIFO and temperature checks; clean‑as‑you‑go and end‑of‑shift cleaning
Work to production plans and deadlines; communicate clearly with team

About You
Experience in canteens, food trucks, quick food chains or similar rapid‑paced environments
Previous experience in bulk cooking
Robust multitasking and clear communication skills
Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality
