The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Part time Strata Manager to manage a commercial and industrial portfolio of approximately 30 properties. This role is ideal for a capable strata professional looking for flexible hours, autonomy, and a well-maintained portfolio.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a secure commercial and industrial strata portfolio, ensuring compliance, effective stakeholder communication, and high-quality service delivery.
Manage a portfolio of ~30 commercial & industrial strata properties
Prepare and conduct AGM and committee meetings
Liaise with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
Manage budgets, levies, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation
Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner

About You




Proven experience as a Strata Manager (commercial/industrial experience preferred)
Solid knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
A current Strata Certificate / Licence
