Your Responsibilities
Provide handson, residentfocused care under RN supervision
Assist with assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Contribute to personalised care planning and ongoing evaluation
Deliver care aligned with bestpractice clinical and aged care standards Support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing

Key Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Experience supporting highcare and dementia residents
Skills in wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, and clinical assessments
Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
COVID19 and flu vaccinations encouraged
