The Wharf Restaurant & Bar, part of The Fresh Collective group, is seeking a permanent Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Pier 4, Dawes Point. You will run your own section in a fast-paced pre-theatre workplace and work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to maintain high standards of food production and presentation.
You should have experience in quick-paced à la carte service, be passionate about learning, and hold valid Australian working rights for full time hours.
