The Prospect

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Tyre Fitter & Wheel Aligner to join the team at our Frankston Toyota dealership. This is a hands‑on role where quality workmanship and attention to detail matter every single day.

What You'll Be Doing
Fitting, balancing and rotating tyres across a range of vehicles
Performing wheel alignments using the latest equipment
Conducting tyre inspections and providing honest recommendations to customers
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop setting




Working collaboratively with the broader service team

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in tyre fitting and wheel alignment (essential)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid‑paced setting
A positive, team‑first attitude
