Launch Housing East St Kilda is seeking a permanent full time Case Manager to provide immediate and ongoing support for clients at risk of homelessness. You will work across crisis services, including women’s crisis accommodation, to empower clients and develop tailored case plans.
The role requires experience in human services, an understanding of gender-based violence, and solid organizational, negotiation and assessment skills to support dignified housing outcomes.
