What you'll do
Evaluate operational performance across transport, warehousing, linehaul, and delivery systems to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement productivity initiatives and track their effectiveness.
Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
Drive projects aimed at optimizing resource allocation and operational workflows.
Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.





Requirements
A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in productivity engineering or a similar role within logistics or supply chain management.
Proficiency in data analysis and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and performance metrics.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Nice to have
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS).
