Linfox in Somerton is seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage our National Distribution Centre. You will oversee Receiving, Forklift, Picking and Loading, ensuring effective, protected operations in a high-volume workplace.
You will coach a diverse team, drive continuous improvements, and partner with the Shift Manager to meet daily targets. The role runs Monday to Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm with occasional Saturday rotation.
