Do you love food and beverage? Are you an experienced Front of House (FOH) all rounder/ waitstaff seeking for an exciting opportunity? You’re in the right place!
We are looking for a dedicated FOH all rounder / wait staff to join our team at our busy cafe.
Flexible shifts as café is open from 7am to 11:30pm.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in FOH Waitstaff within a café or restaurant environment in Australia
Excellent customer service skills and cheerful disposition
Ability to multi-task and function in a rapid-paced environment Proven
Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
Weekend availability required
Duties
Collecting Feedback to Guarantee Best Customer Experience
Creative Problem-Solving to Successfully Navigate Challenges
Ability to follow the in-charge staff.
Open Communication with Team Members.
Creating a Positive and Supportive Work Environment
Accurately and effectively take food and drink orders
Serve food and beverages quickly and with attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service to provide a positive eating experience
Keep eating areas neat and tidy
Assist culinary and bar personnel to ensure the smooth running of the operation
Handle client queries and resolve problems or complaints
