MCI Australia is looking for a Producer/Senior Project Manager to join our Creative Services Team, based in our Sydney office. This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering standout events and has a solid agency experience and is ready to grow into a more senior role within a well-structured, supportive and globally connected setting.

The role

As a Producer, you’ll lead corporate events end‑to‑end from concept through to on‑site delivery and wrap owning:
Project leadership and delivery
Developing team members by acknowledging strong performance and guiding improvement.
Client relationships and stakeholder management
Budgets, suppliers, and logistics
Creative excellence and smooth technical execution

You’ll bring
5+ years’ agency-side event delivery experience
Confidence leading complex projects and clients
Strong budgeting, timeline,



and detail management
A collaborative mindset and calm approach under pressure
Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly in a fast‑paced environment
