Job Description
Branch replenishment — Maintain optimal stock levels and purchase to planning schedules.
Stock policy management — Enforce stock policy, monitor levels and recommend adjustments.
Order management — Track open orders, manage supplier delivery performance and optimise PO schedules.
Cost optimisation — Analyse pricing across branches, reduce cost dispersion and identify savings.
Performance tracking — Monitor KPIs including PO lines, SIFOT and cost variance.

Qualifications
Experience in purchasing or procurement , ideally in electrical wholesale.
Strong understanding of supplier agreements and market conditions.




High attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative communicator with solid stakeholder management skills.
