Ballarat Eye Clinic is seeking a Specialist Medical Receptionist to join our busy ophthalmology team. This full time, in office role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, booking surgeries, invoicing and general admin tasks.
The successful candidate will have excellent keyboard skills, strong written and verbal communication, and valuable interpersonal abilities. Experience with Genie Solutions and Apple Mac is preferred, with full training provided.
