Carma is seeking a Head of Customer Operations on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead our customer service, delivery and escalations teams. You will own strategy, performance and continuous improvement to deliver a high-quality customer experience at scale.

You will build high-performing teams, coach leaders, partner with Sales, Buying and Production, and implement data-driven improvements across NPS, feedback and service metrics.
