Our client, a well-established asbestos consultancy, is urgently looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Ipswich area. The ideal applicant will hold the P402 certificate and we require experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site types, with candidates from Norwich, Colchester, Watton, Hoveton, and surrounding areas considered.
Qualifications & Experience
P402 or equivalent RSPH qualification
Previous experience as a surveyor within the asbestos industry
Good written and verbal communication skills
Full knowledge of current asbestos Health & Safety legislation and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office package
Additional interest in candidates with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP
Role
Conduct Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial, industrial and residential properties
Collate and produce accurate asbestos survey reports
Maintain good working relationships with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients
