What you'll do
Oversee the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in technology sectors.




Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Robust understanding of technical roles and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Nice to have
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Familiarity with SaaS industry trends and challenges.

Skills & tools
Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
