Davey, one of Australia's most trusted names in water solutions, is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Territory Manager to join our Water team. Covering Southern NSW (Murray & Riverina) and Northern Victoria, you'll work with an established customer base while developing recent opportunities across the agricultural, irrigation and water industries.

If you're someone who enjoys being on the road, building robust customer relationships, and turning opportunities into results, this could be your next move.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and growing a portfolio of dealers and key customers

Building strong relationships across the agricultural and irrigation sectors

Identifying and securing new business opportunities throughout your territory

Delivering product training, support and technical advice

Executing sales and growth plans to achieve revenue targets

Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and CRM records

Representing Davey at field days, trade shows and industry events





Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What You'll Bring

Experience in Territory Management, Account Management, Sales or Business Development

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work autonomously

Commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset

Experience within agriculture, irrigation, water solutions, pumps, rural merchandise or a related industry will be highly regarded

Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
