Kinetic IT is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end service performance for a major customer. You’ll be accountable for meeting contractual commitments and driving continuous improvement across Service Desk and Desktop/Field Services.
You’ll build robust relationships with customer stakeholders, lead reviews and reporting, manage forecasting and governance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and plan enhancements.
