JOB DETAILS:
You will deliver high level clinical pharmacy services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to Hospital and Health Service stakeholders / customers. Providing pharmacy services to patients with a complex and wide-ranging workload; with a high degree of independence and initiative; to develop services and promote and maintain best practice care to patients.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Pharmacy
Hospital Pharmacy experience is mandatory for all hospital roles
Relevant licensing & registration with full AHPRA are essential
Police check (within the past 6 months)
Driver’s Licence
Evidence of relevant qualifications
Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
Full working rights in Australia - current VISA, PR or Citizenship
